Are you a student in the 7th -12th grade? Do you want to learn how to use Photoshop? Do you like art, creativity and self expression? Come to ART CLUB at the Coleman Center for the Arts every Wednesday from 4-6 starting on September 19th!
In the fall semester of 2012 ART CLUB will study “Digital Photography.” Students will acquire skills in Photoshop, digital image making, collage and creative expression. They will gain media literacy, knowledge of contemporary artists and photographers, and will interact with artists in person and via Skype. Throughout the semester students will collaborate on a series of image making exercises, and their final work will be featured in the CCA gallery in December of 2012.
