September 11 – October 16, 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
The Coleman Center for the Arts is pleased to offer an after-school arts education opportunity beginning September 11th. Our fall session will include lessons in both the art room and the community garden!
Open Studio is a hands-on art class. It provides space and time for curiosity, creative play, and inquiry-based learning. Students also gain valuable experience in creative problem-solving and critical thinking. In addition to structured activities, students are free to work on any creative project suited to the materials provided.
Ages: K-8th grade
Cost: FREE
Every Tuesday for 6 weeks (Sept. 11 – Oct. 16)
3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Students must submit a Registration Form signed by a parent or guardian to participate. Forms are available at the Coleman Center office or the Hightower Memorial Library in downtown York or DOWNLOAD HERE.
