Join North Sumter community members, artist Linda Muñoz, and Coleman Center for the Arts for a community art workshop celebrating the history and legacy of North Sumter Junior High. Please join us at the Panola Community Enrichment Center for a day of art making and story sharing.
We need you to contribute your North Sumter Junior High memories and keepsakes.
Muñoz will instruct community members in the mosaic making process. Mosaic are made by arranging small colored pieces of hard material, such as stone, tile, or glass. Consider bringing broken or whole items made of the following materials: ceramics, metal, glass, stone, and shell. NO WOOD. NO PLASTIC.
The resulting artwork will be made by and for the North Sumter community. Drop in anytime and stay as long as you please!
